  • Intelligence
  • Strategy
  • Collaboration
  • Executive visibility

STAR Access™ brings intelligence, strategy and collaboration into one private environment. Approved Star Brands Consulting clients can assess markets, evaluate opportunities, coordinate advisory work and keep decisions, documents and next steps connected.

  • Approval-gated access
  • Client-specific activation
  • Invitation-only workspaces
The Platform

An intelligence environment built around the decision.

STAR Access is a controlled client environment—not public registration or an unrestricted software subscription. Each workspace connects evidence, analysis, opportunity context, documents and decision records for an approved organisation and advisory engagement.

Intelligence before action

Decisions are supported by structured assessment rather than disconnected research, assumptions or ungoverned activity.

Governed collaboration

Approved users work within the permissions and responsibilities attached to their organisation and engagement.

Executive visibility

Priorities, risks, recommendations, responsibilities and next actions remain visible across the decision lifecycle.

Decision continuity

Intelligence, documents and approved actions remain connected instead of being dispersed across unrelated channels.

Integrated Capabilities

Ten connected capabilities, from assessment to execution.

Modules, users and permissions are aligned to the approved scope and client requirements. Every workspace is configured for its engagement; access is not identical for every client.

Commercial Assessment

Evaluate commercial logic, operating assumptions, market fit, constraints and decision readiness before resources are committed.

Market Intelligence

Organise market-entry evidence, competitive context, local conditions, regulatory considerations and expansion signals.

Opportunity Intelligence

Capture, qualify and prioritise franchise, licensing, partnership, territory and investment opportunities against strategic criteria.

Executive Strategy

Convert findings into strategic priorities, decision briefs, recommendations, sequencing and accountable executive action.

STAR Advisor AI

Support structured inquiry, synthesis and decision preparation within the context and controls of the authorised client environment.

Workflow Intelligence

Connect responsibilities, tasks, approvals, milestones and advisory actions to the intelligence that produced them.

Executive Reporting

Consolidate material findings, risk signals, recommendations, progress and next decisions into clearer executive-level reporting.

Property & Capital Intelligence

Structure property, location, capital and funding considerations alongside the commercial requirements of an expansion decision.

Secure Document Collaboration

Keep engagement materials, evidence and working documents connected to the relevant client workspace and authorised participants.

Decision Governance

Preserve a structured record of recommendations, responsibilities, approved decisions and controlled next steps.

Workspace Experience

Assess. Decide. Execute. Report.

Connect analysis to action: understand what matters, compare the available paths, record the decision and coordinate what must happen next.

The panels below illustrate the four workspace disciplines. They are not a live client dashboard.

Assessment workspace

Build the evidence base

Market position

Organise market conditions, local context, competitive factors and material entry considerations.

Commercial readiness

Examine strategic fit, operating assumptions, constraints and the questions requiring further validation.

Decision output

A structured assessment position that makes material evidence, uncertainties, dependencies and recommended next steps easier for authorised stakeholders to evaluate.

Decision workspace

Compare the available paths

Strategic options

Compare market, model, partner, territory or investment paths against the approved mandate.

Risk and dependencies

Surface the assumptions, constraints and dependencies that can materially affect a proposed direction.

Decision output

A clearer recommendation supported by its commercial rationale, relevant evidence, unresolved questions and decision ownership.

Execution workspace

Turn approval into coordinated action

Responsibilities

Keep the authorised participants, owners and required actions connected to the decision.

Milestones

Maintain visibility across agreed actions, dependencies, documents and engagement progress.

Execution output

A governed workflow that preserves continuity between strategy, client action and the advisory support required to advance the mandate.

Reporting workspace

Maintain executive visibility

Current position

Bring the latest findings, decisions, responsibilities and open matters into one executive view.

Next decisions

Identify where executive direction, further evidence or stakeholder action is required.

Reporting output

A concise and traceable engagement position designed to support informed oversight rather than disconnected status reporting.

Approval and Activation

A controlled route from application to invitation.

There is no unrestricted public registration or generic public payment route. Access requires an approved organisation, verified payment and an authorised invitation.

  1. Application or confidential enquiry

The prospective client provides information about the organisation, intended use, mandate and decision requirements.

  2. Qualification review

Star Brands Consulting reviews the applicant, strategic fit, engagement context and appropriate access scope.

  3. Approval and commercial confirmation

Approved clients receive confirmation of their access arrangement, commercial terms and activation requirements.

  4. Personalised Stripe link

An administrator creates and sends a secure, client-specific Stripe Checkout link. No generic public checkout link is used.

  5. Verified payment confirmation

Stripe confirms the completed payment through the official STAR Access webhook before activation proceeds.

  6. Workspace provisioning

Following confirmed payment, STAR Access provisions the approved client organisation and its governed workspace.

  7. Secure invitation

The approved client receives an invitation at the authorised email address connected to the organisation.

  8. Invitation acceptance and entry

The client accepts the invitation and signs in to the assigned workspace through the official STAR Access portal.

New STAR Access accounts are subject to approval. Once approved, clients receive a secure, personalised payment and activation link from Star Brands Consulting. For your protection, please do not make payment through unofficial or generic links.

Governed Access

Controlled by organisation, workspace and permission.

STAR Access is designed around separated client organisations and authorised participants. Payment alone does not provide direct entry: approval, activation verification and the invitation process must be completed.

Workspace safeguards
  • Approval-gated entry

New clients are reviewed and approved before a workspace activation process is initiated.

  • Tenant-separated organisations

Client records and participation are organised within the relevant approved organisation and workspace context.

  • Invitation-only membership

Authorized users enter through invitations connected to their approved email addresses and assigned workspace.

  • Permission-aware access

Workspace visibility and participation remain aligned to authorised roles, memberships and engagement scope.

  • Verified activation state

Provisioning follows confirmed payment or administrator verification of an approved external payment.

  • Governed decision records

Strategic information, responsibilities and approved activity remain connected to the client workspace and engagement context.

Access Questions

Clear answers before you apply.

Understand the difference between requesting access, previewing the platform and entering an active client workspace.

Can I create a STAR Access account immediately?

No. Public account creation is not available. Prospective clients must first submit an application or confidential enquiry and receive approval from Star Brands Consulting.

How do approved clients make payment?

An administrator sends the approved client a secure, personalised Stripe Checkout link connected to the client’s activation. STAR Access does not use a generic public payment button.

What happens after Stripe confirms payment?

The official STAR Access webhook confirms the payment. The platform can then provision the approved organisation and workspace, after which the client receives a secure invitation by email.

I already paid through an approved external method. What happens next?

An administrator can verify the payment manually, confirm the relevant client organisation and send the controlled workspace invitation. Contact the Client Development Team if your invitation is outstanding.

Does every client receive the same workspace capabilities?

No. Workspace availability, modules, users and permissions are governed by the approved access scope, client requirements and any active advisory engagement.

Where do approved or existing clients sign in?

Approved, invited and existing clients should use the official STAR Access sign-in page at access.starbrandsconsulting.com/sign-in. The former public client-login route should not be used.

Does STAR Access guarantee a commercial or investment outcome?

No. STAR Access supports intelligence, strategy, collaboration and decision governance. It does not guarantee approvals, transactions, funding, commercial performance or investment outcomes.
