Urban Revivo store entrance with clothing displays

Updated 8 October 2026. Original publication date retained.

Urban Revivo’s international growth makes it relevant to fashion operators, landlords and investors—but an overseas store opening is not proof of an open franchise offer. A viable proposal needs to establish the available commercial structure, the authorised counterparty and the economics of the target market.

What Urban Revivo’s expansion actually shows

In its 12 September 2025 announcement, Urban Revivo reported the opening of a nearly 2,700-square-metre Westfield Stratford City flagship in London, following its Covent Garden opening. The company described a global network of more than 400 stores at that time.

The brand’s official profile identifies its founding year as 2006. Its London investment demonstrates the importance it places on store environment and brand presentation. It does not disclose franchise fees, an application package or rights available to third-party investors.

Is an Urban Revivo franchise available?

The official public materials reviewed for this guide do not establish a standard international franchise package or a current list of open territories. A country-specific discussion must first confirm whether the brand is considering direct operation, a retail partner or another commercial structure.

A lease partnership, product-supply agreement, franchise and equity joint venture allocate different rights and responsibilities. Do not describe one as another. Nor should a landlord’s participation in an opening be presented as evidence that the store is franchised.

What belongs in a serious market-entry proposal?

  • Customer and price position: identify local competitors, target spending levels, category demand and expected sales by product group.
  • Property: provide a shortlist with floor plans, frontage, traffic, delivery access and fully costed occupancy terms.
  • Retail execution: demonstrate buying discipline, visual merchandising, store management and inventory reporting.
  • Capital: document funding for construction, stock and working capital, including the effect of a delayed opening.

The London flagship’s size is evidence about that specific store, not a minimum-size rule for every Urban Revivo project. Select a format through the brand’s approval process and local demand analysis.

Investment planning without an invented fee

No universal Urban Revivo franchise cost or royalty was verified in the sources reviewed. Build the financial case from the actual property, approved specification and commercial terms.

Fashion expansion creates two linked cash demands: the physical store and merchandise flowing through it. Model landed product cost, replenishment frequency, stock ageing and markdowns alongside rent and payroll. Establish who owns inventory and who funds promotional activity or unsold seasonal stock.

For a multi-country proposal, assess customs, currency exposure and online-channel rights separately for each market. A development plan should specify governance, reporting and opening milestones rather than promise a large number of stores before sites and teams are ready.
