Following its Madrid debut, Krispy Kreme plans to open two additional shops in the city before year-end, with long-term goals of expanding to over 50 locations across Spain within the next four years. These include five flagship Hot Light Theater Shops in key cities such as Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, Zaragoza, and Bilbao—each offering guests the chance to see the famous “Hot Now” doughnuts being made fresh in-store.

Global Growth Continues in Brazil and Uzbekistan

The momentum doesn’t stop in Spain. Krispy Kreme is also expanding its footprint in Brazil, where it opened earlier this year in partnership with Ipiranga’s AmPM. Two additional shops will open in São Paulo by the end of 2025—one flagship with the brand’s latest design and one compact kiosk to serve customers in high-traffic locations.

In Uzbekistan, Krispy Kreme will make its market debut through a franchise partnership with Food Town Logistics-Group, LLC, opening its first shop in Tashkent this October. The franchisee plans to expand aggressively, targeting over 70 new shops across the country within five years.
